His research interest includes identity and intersectionality, gender, social change and development, and the sociology of education, with a focus on understanding contemporary social issues through interdisciplinary and evidence based approach. He holds a postgraduate degree from Pokhara University and specialized in Hospitality Management at FHS–Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, Austria. He has served in leadership and executive positions in colleges and schools, combining academic knowledge with practical management and teaching experience. His expertise includes hospitality and tourism management, curriculum development, training and capacity building, management research, organizational leadership, strategic planning, event management, service quality, and professional development. He is skilled in training facilitation, workshop and seminar design, presentation, mentoring, communication, content development, and academic writing. He is also engaged in blogging, travel writing, and hospitality-related content creation.
