Mr. Thapa is an entrepreneur, management professional, educator, and community development enthusiast. He is a postgraduate in Education from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, with a strong academic and professional interest in education, entrepreneurship, management, leadership, community development, and social work. He is particularly interested in developing innovative and sustainable initiatives that create meaningful impact at the individual, organizational, and community levels. He enjoys working with young people, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community members and is committed to encouraging them to identify opportunities, develop their capabilities, and become active contributors to society. He is passionate about creating opportunities, developing people, strengthening institutions, and contributing to positive social change. With an interdisciplinary perspective, he believes that education, effective leadership, entrepreneurship, and community participation.
